Herbal Consultation $200

In an herbal consultation, you and I will sit down together for about 60–120 minutes. This can be over video or in-person if you’re local (house calls are fine). We’ll go through your story from the ground up—your health history, patterns you’ve noticed, stressors, habits, the highs, the lows, and the things you may not think are connected (they usually are). I’m looking at the whole picture, not just a list of symptoms.

From there, I’ll create a custom formulation built specifically for you. I’ll also give you clear guidance on how to use it, when to take it, and what dietary or lifestyle shifts may help the remedy work better. Your consultation includes a full, generous serving of your custom blend, and your formula will be saved so you can reorder it anytime. No guessing. No re-explaining. No starting over.

Around the one-month mark, I’ll follow up with you for a short check-in (no charge for this follow-up). We’ll look at what’s changing, what’s improving, and what might still need adjusting. After that, you’re welcome to schedule further sessions as needed ($40 per session). Some folks need ongoing support; others check in only when something new comes up. There’s no single timeline, we follow what your body tells us.

The cost covers our time together, the formulation work, the ingredients, and the final product. This is a hands-on, individualized process—not something pulled from a shelf. After purchasing, you’ll receive an email to choose a date and time. Use an email you actually check.
